Between the Black Hate machine and the sick Homosexual attacks,
America is about to puke. There could be dead bodies everywhere, if we
don't stop the hate and sickness of these people.
Help Us Defeat ENDA
ENDA will be marked up on October 18!
Dear TVC Supporter:
The pro-homosexual-drag queen bill known as the Employment Non-
Discrimination Act (ENDA) will be marked up in the House Committee on
Education and Labor on October 18. This new bill number is H.R. 3685.
ENDA, H.R. 3685 is a dangerous bill to business owners and people of
faith. We urge you to contact your U.S. Representative immediately
through CapWiz and ask him or her to vote NO on ANY version of ENDA
being proposed.
We have a pre-written letter for your use below
Sincerely,
Andrea S. Lafferty

Take Action
Dear Representative:
I am opposed to passage of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act
(ENDA). I urge you to vote NO on any version of ENDA proposed by Rep.
Barney Frank (D-MA) or Speaker of the House Pelosi.
H.R. 3685 will use the force of law to silence people of faith. If
ENDA passes, Christian bookstores, Christian-owned small businesses
such as a Bible or book publisher, Christian schools, universities,
Boy Scouts and day care centers would be forced by ENDA to violate
their religious beliefs by hiring individuals whose behavior is
considered to be sinful and bizarre.
H.R. 3685 is no better than the previous version (H.R. 2015/H.R.
3686).
This new version still contains questionable language about religious
institutions that will violate religious freedom and freedom of
association. This "gender identity"-free bill will still force
religious employers of independent Christian schools and colleges, for
example, to hire homosexuals, bisexuals and whatever else.
The bill supposedly exempts a "religious organization" from ENDA, but
will still cover religious enterprises that are not directly attached
to a religious denomination. The exemption also supposedly protects
religious groups that are involved in the "propagation of a
religion."
Christian schools or universities that are not controlled, managed, or
owned or supported by a denomination, religious corporation,
association or society likely would still be covered under the
modified version of ENDA. Similarly, independent nursing homes, child
care facilities, publishing facilities and advocacy groups, even those
with specific religious objectives, likely would still be covered
under the modified version of ENDA.
ENDA still contains Trojan Horse language about "real or perceived"
sexual orientations. The word "perceived" can still be used by the
cross-dressing/transsexual lobby to claim protection under ENDA.
"Perceived" also opens up the possibility that every form of sexual
abnormality could be protected, including incest, voyeurism, and other
disordered behavior. The American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic
& Statistical Manual Of Mental Disorders (DSM) lists 30 such sexual
orientations that would still be covered under H.R. 3685.
The words 'real or perceived' will provide homosexuals and other
disordered sexual behaviors with even greater legal protections than
legitimate minority groups under federal civil rights laws. A
disordered sexual behavior that is changeable should not be given
federally-protected minority status.
Even though gender identity has been removed from the bill, ENDA's
"perceived" sexual orientation prong would be the subject of extensive
and protracted litigation.
I oppose passage of any form of ENDA. It is clear that the intent is
to silence people of faith. It cannot be fixed. It is fundamentally
unconstitutional and must be defeated.
Vote NO on any version of ENDA.
