We would like to have this month Bible study at our house on May 18th at 6:30pm. We will prepare dinner for everyone on that day. And will continue our discussion on the book of James chapter 5.

Hello,
I will email the directions tomorrow morning from my office. Lydie and I plan to be there very early in the morning (6.30 am). Please come as your schedule permits.
We have come up with a tentative list of items and have attempted to assign. If you feel that more things are needed, kindly add it to your list and bring it to the picnic. If you are not able to make it, please let us know so that someone else can pick up these items on their way to the picnic.
Please bring some games, including Card games, Soccer ball, Volley ball, softball, Shuttle if you happen to have them.
Champy & Lydia: Hamburger meat, Buns, Rasam, white rice, Charcoal, Water melon (2), Stove, and all other kitchen items for cookout.
Raj & Nimmi: Marinated Chicken, Cantaloupes (3), Lemonade or some juice 2 gallons.
Solomon & Sunitha: Onions big (5), Big Tomatoes (5), Chips (3-bags), yogurt (homemade), Plates (3 dozen), Spoons (2 dozen).
Ravi & Dhanya: Corn (2-3 dozen), bell pepper (5) , Lettuce (1), Cups (3 dozen), Soda (3L any combination).
Charles & Joyce: Oil (1-gallon), Soda (3 L any combination), Water melon (2), Forks (2 dozen).
Binish & Shalu: Mayonnaise (1) Ketchup (1), Cake (dessert).
Sujay & Ratnashree : Lemonade -2 Gallons/Dessert (If you guys can make it).
Apart from these specific items we would like for each family to bring their own stuff:
Each family brings: Water, bed sheet for picnic, Sunscreen lotion, Insect Spray, Chairs & Toys for children.
If you have large Ice chests please bring for keeping our drinks cold on what is predicted to be a very hot day.

P.S. I have spoken with Raj about bringing a few fans, and if others do have them please bring them to keep us and the children cool.
Raj bring your TENT (atleast this time it would be somewhere else other than your Garage!!!!).
