I'm on vacation starting 21st, so 16th weekend would be ideal for us.

Hi Solomon garu and all,
I will participate in the function whatever you decide collectively.
If it is ok with you all , I would like to buy food from Silver Coin or any food place of your choice like PF Chang or whatever. We can order the food and I will take delivery and bring it over.
My little hut is not big enough to accommodate the group comfortably and so hesitant to propose as a meeting place. But it is ok I am more than happy to do that. As a thank you to all for including me in your company......

But food I would like to buy for this meeting if it okay with you all.

Please let me know your collective decision.

Hello,

This morning after talking with Solomon, the venue for Christmas meet was confirmed to be at Solomon and Sunitha's place.
We will meet at 6.30 pm in the evening for fun and good times, of course. I am hoping the ladies will coordinate the food (Lydie tells me it will be the left overs from the afternoon.

Hoping to see you all this evening at Raj's place.

I don't have the spouses email_ids' and please forward this news and email.

the announcement came in a bit too ...shall i say , after i made plans ?

I am sorry but would be out of town at this time therefore would not make it to the meeting.

Wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

My offer to buy food for the group next time or any time is open should you all choose to accept it. If location is an issue, and if you don't mind cramping in my hut , I am open for that too. Just let me know.

Let January 2012 be the focus for next meeting. if that is ok with you all...........
