Dear Friends,
Please find attached two Excel files which have been created by a
Specialists Group of R&D Engineers under the leadership of Mr.
Amarnath of Voltas which deals with the Chiller Standard and its
comparison between Eurovent and AHRI.
I had got it validated through a highly acclaimed Expert who has
experience of both AHRI and Eurovent and his comments are as under.
Quote:
1. Eurovent requirements are stronger and technically more sound.
2. AHRI is in the process of making additional changes to their
Chiller Program.
3. It is anticipated AHRI Program will soon be expand to raise the
upper limit of Air Cooled Chillier Testing as well as allow 50Hz
Certification.

The two files are in the Google Document and the links are given
below.

I solicit your views on how the Indian Standard should proceed for
Chillers.
