Weight loss program is more than low calorir low fat foods. It is a
lifestyle change starting from the time you wake-up through your
sleeping hours.
When you wake-up, drink plain water to re-hydrate your body, perform
light exercise and have a hearty breakfast within two hours.
Thereafter, eat every 3 hours on average. The meals include whole
grains, proteins, produce, and low fat dairy. Multi-vitamin mineral
and Omega 3 may be taken.
Important part during day is to manage liquid calories. Avoide diet
soda and alcohol. Minimize stroe-bought smoothies, coffee energy and
sport drinks.
In the evening two or more hours te meal, exercise for 20 to 30
minutes.
At night, get adequate sleep of about eight hours.
