Murabba (Preserve) and Chutney conserve

Last time, I added information and recipes about Indian pickles. Some
of you wrote back and wanted to know about Murabba. Murabba is similar
to western fruit preserve. In India the most popular Murabba is made
from Mangoes. Suitable mango variety is not available in United
States. But you can always make Apple or Peach Murabba this summer. I
have included a few simple recipes starting with an article about
making Murabba.
