Image Processing - The Programming Fundamentals

Hi! Everybody,

We are sharing a document "Image Processing - The Programming
Fundamentals" on ADISL's website:

Hopefully this would be useful to those who are beginning their work
in Digital Image Processing. As such, this document is suppose to
complement Image Apprentice, The C/C++ based Image Processing
Learner's Toolkit but is generic in nature and should work with other
C/C++ based DIP libraries as well.

Any comments/suggestions on the work are welcome.
