Hi all!
Mr. Andrew Bean reminded me that this google group exists, and though it is mostly inactive, I thought I'd shoot a message to anyone who might be listening on this line but not our Facebook groups.
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Nick Tripp, the current President of the Climbing Club at UIUC, and I'm an (unofficial) organizer of an effort to plan a Club reunion happening sometime in the next year. We've polled the Alum Facebook group and asked around a bit to see where/when people would like to meet old & new friends for climbs, hikes, beers, & the like.
If having a great time with family, friends, and strangers in the wilder parts of our country interests you, come climb with us! Feel free to respond to this thread or shoot me a message with recommendations/opinions on locations/times to climb.
Current ideas include:
