I'm not a big fan of having an AI running constantly monitoring your activities (my activities actually).

Remember that the AI is learning from you.

You can follow these steps:


Note: Microsoft wants to force Copilot on you so even though this works today it might not work in the future.

AI's take a significant amount of CPU to run so if you're running one it could be slowing your system down.

If you want to use AI you should open the program/web page use it for your purpose and then close it when you are done.
