I've had very many - around a hundred IvIg infusions the same way you
have over the course of the last 2 - 3 years, but then I began to get
headaches, which slowly got worse, and one time, it got really bad
and lasted the 3 weeks until my next ivig and that happened again,
only worse plus I got a rash and the headache was really brutal and
didn't stop for 6 weeks. Since then I've been getting the pre-meds
and slower rate, and I am fine for the three weeks with only the odd
slight headache.

So things can change. It's a lot to ask your body to accept on a
regular basis I think, but it seems to be slowly working for me. I'm
a lot better than I was! Good luck to you.
