Position: Oracle CC&B Tester / Test Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CCB Test Lead with strong expertise in Oracle
Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing
- Design and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases
- Validate APIs, services, and data integrations (including EDI)
- Manage defects using JIRA / HP ALM
- Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging
- Ensure compliance with QA standards and utility regulations
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Lead testing teams and coordinate offshore/onshore teams
- Provide test metrics, reports, and sign-offs

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle Utilities CCB testing
- Experience in Utility domain (billing, customer care)
- Expertise in functional and integration testing
- Experience with EDI testing
- Hands-on with JIRA / HP ALM
- Exposure to test automation tools (Tosca preferred)
