Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Full stack Developer for a hands-on consultant role. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying SAP Fiori/UI5 applications that integrate seamlessly with SAP backend systems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for clean, scalable code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
  • Integrate UI5 applications with SAP Gateway/OData services
  • Optimize performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues across SAP modules
  • Maintain and enhance existing UI5 applications based on evolving business needs
  • Follow SAP best practices for extensibility, security, and performance
  • Provide technical documentation and support knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP UI5/Fiori development
  • 8+ years’ experience in ABAP development
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Fiori Elements, SAPUI5 and SAP Business Application Studio
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML5, CSS, REST APIs and MVC framework
  • Experience in classic and side-by-side extensibility
  • Strong UI/UX design skills and the ability to create visually appealing and intuitive UI
  • Experience with OData services, SAP Gateway, and ABAP debugging
  • Experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration, user roles, and tile management
  • Experience in BTP and RAP programming skills
  • Strong ABAP and object-oriented ABAP skills
  • Hands-on experience in full cycle SAP implementations, upgrades and support
  • Deep understanding of ECC and S/4HANA architecture and functionality
  • Extensive experience in RICEFW objects
  • Extensive experience in SAP integration technologies such IDOC, BAPI, RFC and ALE
  • Hands-on experience in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views and AMDP

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Fiori certification or equivalent experience
  • Any retail experience will be an added advantage
  • BTP experience is a plus
