Dear All,

 

Following notice back in August of the proposed date for this season's Supporters Day, Liz and the rest of the ITSC Exec have been busy behind the scenes organising events for the day. Due to recent changes at Board level some of the plans are still to be confirmed but at present, the proposed outline of the day is as follows:

 

(1) Match Programme: Liz has arranged some extra space in the Bolton match day programme and has requested photos and short write-ups - Liz's email address is copied above for these to be emailed.  The sooner the better. Thanks.

 

(2) Pre-match  The Mulberry Tree Pub - Q&A [12:15-13:00] with the new joint CEOs Jonathan Symonds and Ian Milne + Town player(s).  Liz is also exploring the possibility of BBC Radio Suffolk's "Life's a Pitch" being broadcast from the venue.  Details & location www.thegoodpubguide.co.uk/pub/view/The-Mulberry-Tree-IP4-2EA#Pub_Details  (Google address 5 Woodbridge Road, IP4 2EA - approx 15 mins walk from Portman Road).

 

(3) Pre-match or half-time - pitch side interview with branches.

 

(4) Post-match: proposed bar extension in Legends and opportunity to meet some former Town players. Further details to follow shortly.

 

(5) Post-match: evening drinks - Ipswich pub crawl and dinner (awaiting numbers before confirming venue).
