PLM Scrum Master (Windchill Preferred)

Role

Seeking a Scrum Master with PLM experience (preferably PTC Windchill) to drive Agile delivery in a SAFe environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Support SAFe/ART events (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, System Demos)
  • Coordinate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, and teams
  • Manage Jira boards, metrics, and Confluence documentation
  • Ensure backlog clarity and acceptance criteria
  • Track risks, dependencies, and migration activities
  • Enable collaboration across global teams

Requirements

  • Scrum Master experience; SAFe/Agile certification
  • Experience in PI cycles and Agile/SDLC practices
  • Hands-on with Jira & Confluence
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills

Preferred

  • Experience with PTC Windchill and PLM processes (Change, Lifecycle)
  • Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., medical devices)
  • Basic knowledge of Generative/Agentic AI
