Direct experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar CRM platforms in a patient-support context.
Hands-on experience with specialty pharmacy or HUB vendor integrations and knowledge of standards/APIs used for prescription/fulfillment (e.g., HL7, FHIR concepts, EDI).
Experience with cloud-based deployments, CI/CD for configuration-driven platforms, or working alongside technical architects on integration architecture.
Experience in global program roll-outs or multi-country regulatory environments.
Background in nursing, pharmacy, or case management with practical patient- facing experience.
Familiarity with digital engagement tools (patient portals, mobile apps, chatbots) and behavior-change approaches to improve adherence. We are looking for an Application Support Resource with hands-on experience in lave, Angular, and OCP to provide L2/L3 support for cloud-based applications. The role involves troubleshooting. Incident management, minor enhancements, and coordination with development and DevOps teems. Kay Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 application support for lave-Angular based applications hosted on GCP Analyze and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive fixes Support application deployments and post-deployment validation Monitor application health, logs, and alerts using GCP tools Handle minor code fixes, configuration changes, and enhancements Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and cloud teams Provide-on-call/off-hours support es required Maintain support documentation and SOPs Technical Skills Required: Java (Spring/Spring Boot-understanding of backend flows) Angular (basic.in intermediate debugging and Ul issue resolution) Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Cloud Run/GKE (basic understanding) Cloud Logging & Monitoring IAM, Cloud Storage REST API, ISON SQL/basic database querying Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) Version control: Git Good to Have Exposure to CI/CD pipelines. Docker/Kubernetes (basic understanding) Experience supporting enterprise or customer-facing application Knowledge of Agile/DevOps processes
