One bedroom apartment, 卧室挺大的，应该能放4张单人床，还有个衣柜，客厅也差不多这么大， 现在价格一个月580，因为我是sublease，所以只要560一个月就可以，一年就省下240。出门直行不用1分钟就到1路车站，对面就是梅厨，右边是papa Johns和亚超，到学校4分钟左右。出门左拐大概步行5分钟到New China, 再走个一分钟到Hyvee、亚超。Hyvee对面是麦当劳，相当方便。环境很安静南边有个小公园，秋千篮球场什么的。夏天开空调电费大概40左右，冬天有暖气，平时电费20到30.

Summer with air condition, the electric fee will be around $40. Winter with boiled heater, regular electric fee is $20 to $30.
