The World Congress on Logic and Religion (WoCoLoR) series aims to provide a forum where scholars from a wide range of disciplines, together with theologians from diverse religious traditions, can come together to exchange ideas on the latest developments concerning the relationship between logic and religion, reason and faith, and rational inquiry and divine revelation.

There have been four previous editions of WoCoLoR: João Pessoa, Brazil (2015), Warsaw, Poland (2017), Varanasi, India (2022), and Sinaia, Romania (2023). Previous keynote speakers have included Saul Kripke (Schock Prize), Laurent Lafforgue (Fields Medal), Michał Heller (Templeton Prize), Dov Gabbay, Jan Woleński, Piergiorgio Odifreddi, Purushottama Bilimoria, Richard Swinburne, and Eleonore Stump, among others.

The 5th World Congress on Logic and Religion (WoCoLoR 2026) will be held in Vancouver, Canada, from September 23 to 27, 2026. We warmly invite scholars from all relevant fields — including philosophy, logic, mathematics, theology, religious studies, and related disciplines — to submit a one-page abstract or a poster.

We welcome submissions on all aspects of the relationship between logic and religion, broadly understood. Contributions may be philosophical, formal, interdisciplinary, or applied. The deadline for submissions has been extended to June 21.

The congress invites work in core areas such as:

Submissions may also be directed toward one of the proposed workshop themes, including:
