This conference marks the end of the BIAS
project – Mitigating diversity bias of AI in the labour market. Across two days, we will bring together research and practice to examine how AI is reshaping the labour market from
legal, technological, ethical, and socio-economic perspectives, moving beyond identifying bias to advancing concrete approaches for
fairness, accountability, and governance in AI-enabled labour practices.
Call for abstracts
We welcome you to share your work and help shape the conversation. Whether you’re coming from
law, computer science, the social sciences, or applied practice, we invite you to submit an abstract that brings a fresh perspective to the table.
Proposals must include:

An abstract of up to 350 words

For early-career researchers (Graduate students, Ph.D. candidates and Postdocs): a statement requesting a
travel grant (subject to funding availability)
Submission deadline: All materials must be submitted through our official form by
1 April 2026, 23:59 CET.
