Call 2023 - Postdoctoral Fellowship

Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA)

Since 2017, the University of Graz is hosting its highly successful Marie Sklodowska-Curie-Postdoctoral Fellowship (MSCA-PF) workshop in collaboration with expert support from the Austrian National Contact Point (NCP). Over the past years, the Centre for Southeast European Studies and the Field of Excellence “Dimensions of Europeanization” (DoE) have been able to successfully secure 13 Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowships.

The Field of Excellence seeks to build on this success to attract researchers for a two year stay at the University of Graz. We are currently accepting applications by interested researchers who are eligible for applying.

We are particularly interested in projects that relate to the following five clusters of the Dimensions of Europeanization - but applications for MSC-PF are not restricted to the topics of these clusters:

  • European Literatures and their Interactions
  • Cultural Memory and Cultural Heritage in the Context of Europeanisation and Digital Transformation
  • Migration, Borders and Mobilities in, around and across Europe
  • In/Equalities in societal transformation processes
  • Knowledge Transfer and Concepts of Europe

For details see >>>Cluster - Dimensions of Europeanization

Select applicants are offered to apply for a free proposal writing workshop organized by the Research Management and Service Unit of the University of Graz on June 6th and 7th 2023, travel costs (up to 600 Euros) to Graz. You also have the option to present and discuss your proposal and to meet your mentor (additional session planned on June 5th 2023). You will also receive intensive support throughout your submission including a proposal check.

Limited number of participants for the workshop! Apply as soon as possible!

To participate, submit a CV, a short research plan, highlighting how it links to “Dimensions of Europeanization” or to a cluster, as well as the name of potential mentors to europea...@uni-graz.at
