The School of Philosophy, Religion and History of Science (PRHS) at the University of Leeds seeks to hire a full-time Teaching Fellow in Philosophy for a fixed term of 12 months.

The successful candidate will lead the following modules: PHIL1090: Introduction to the History of Western Philosophy; PHIL2631: God, Thought, and the World: Topics in Philosophy of Religion; PHIL3125: Continental Philosophy; and FOAH0010: Exploring Arts and Humanities (for one semester). They will also supervise undergraduate final year projects and MA-level work, and act as academic personal tutor. They will have submitted (or be very close to submitting) their PhD thesis in Philosophy by the beginning of the appointment and have relevant subject expertise and teaching experience.

The closing date for applications is 23:59pm on 2 May 2024. We expect to hold interviews on the week commencing 20 May 2024.
