2nd World Conference on Personalism

Call for Papers

The Second World Conference on Personalism is open to all researchers in the world who work on the notion of personhood and personalist philosophy. The Conference is intended to be a place to share research and projects and thus enhance our scientific community.
We welcome all research dealing with the notions of person, personality and personalism in the philosophical, theological, psychological, social or political fields.
The Conference will be hybrid: face-to-face and online.
The official languages of the Conference are Spanish and English.


Submission information for papers in English

Papers must not exceed a length of 3000 words and should be prepared for blind review.

In the email sent with the submission, we require the following items:
1. author’s name
2. academic status (professor, unaffiliated, graduate student)
3. institutional affiliation (if any)
4. e-mail address
5. the paper s title
6. an abstract - 200 words maximum
7. In person or online

Submission deadline for abstracts is MARCH 30th, 20276, but please submit as soon as possible. Preliminary acceptance of an abstract may come with instructions as to how the full paper should be adjusted for blind refereeing. An accepted abstract is an invitation to submit a full paper. Only full papers will be accepted for the conference. Those full papers are welcome as submissions at any time prior to the deadline, and will be reviewed for acceptance as soon as they are received.
Full texts of accepted abstracts are due by MAY 31th, 2022, but they should be submitted earlier if possible.
Full papers may be submitted at any time earlier and rolling, prompt notification will be facilitated so that travel arrangements can be made early.
