We seek:
In Faculty I, Department of Philosophy, we are looking for a researcher from October 1st 2024 at the following conditions:
- 50% = 19,92 hours
- Pay grade 13 TV-L
- limited until 30.09.2026
Your tasks:
- Teaching BA-courses in theoretical philosophy
- Design and development of an own research project in Kant’s theoretical philosophy, or analytic metaphysics of time, or philosophy of science
- Organization of an international workshop on the corresponding topic
- Assistance in preparing a funding application for a subsequent predoctoral research position
- Teaching duties: 2 semester hours per week
Your profile:
- Master's or equivalent degree in philosophy (alternatively in Mathematics, Physics, or Biology)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, very good organizational and communication skills
