UPAT Funding Sources

Where can we solicit funds for the UPAT?
What organization/agency can assist with on-site logistics?

Very soon, I am sure, websites of USAID and EU will invite proposals
on a variety of themes and issues that we can submit proposals to for
funding. It may not necessaryly be a pure 'urban planning' issue, and
we have to be prepared for it.

There will be a mad mad mad scramble on the ground in Haiti now, with
a large number of NGOs on the ground providing services there,
including local NGOs. Any one of these could help us. But again, they
may not be pure urban planning NGOs. But can help us in logistics.
