1. Logistics Domain Consultants

The domain consultant would be responsible for managing the projects
involving Conceptualizing, Designing and deploying the processes &
systems Logistics / Transportation Management.

The domain consultant will map business scenarios / business
imperatives, do business need abstraction, and articulate and deploy
solution initiatives to derive business benefits. Understand functional
scope and assess client's ability to change relative to that scope.

Must apply an understanding of domain knowledge, and manage client
relations by providing business and systems expertise. There may be
direct interaction with all levels of client organizations.

Requirements:

· B.E. or equivalent must, with MBA or equivalent preferred.
· Must have 6 to 8 years of domain experience in Logistics
/Transportation Management.
· Exposure to Global Trade Management, preferred but not mandatory
· Must have thorough understanding of Operational Processes in
transportation, warehousing, international logistics
· Improvement projects in functional role (Cost Reduction, Service
Level improvement, Technology Implementation, Vendor Development etc)
from Logistics Service Providers, FMCG, Auto, Paints, Oil, retail or
Projects industry.
· Experience in consulting engagements / Implementation of Material
Handling Systems is an added advantage.
· Any experience in internal IT Consulting, Systems Requirements
Management, Design and Implementation of Applications initiative will
be a plus.

2. Functional Implementation Consultant - (Glog GC3)

The responsibilities of the Functional Consultant include many of the
day-to-day tasks involved with implementation of best-of-breed packaged
applications in transportation and logistics domain. The functional
Consultant works to ensure successful implementation resulting in a
referenceable client. This includes understanding the client's
operational flow, tasking responsibility for package configuration and
data set-up, maintaining the issues list, unit testing the base
functions and modifications, and on-site support during the client's go
live. Must apply an understanding of cutting-edge systems and
operations technology, and manage client relations by providing
business and systems expertise. There may be direct interaction with
all levels of client organizations.

Requirements
· B.E. or equivalent must, with MBA or equivalent preferred.
· Must have 4 to 6 years of consulting and packaged application
implementation experience in any Enterprise Applications including 1
- 2 years of experience in implementation of Logistics / SCM
applications. At least one life cycle implementation in any of the
Transportation Management Systems - Glog / SSA / SAP / i2, preferably
Glog

3. Technical Implementation Consultants - (Glog GC3)

The responsibilities of the Technical Implementation Consultant include
many of the day-to-day technical tasks involved with implementation of
best-of-breed packaged applications in warehousing and logistics
domain. The Technical Implementation Consultant works with the
Functional consultants to ensure successful implementation resulting in
a referenceable client. This includes understanding the client's IT
architecture and Technical Requirements, taking responsibility for
package configuration, and data set-up / Migration, Integration &
customization and providing the post implementation support.

The Technical Implementation Consultant will perform and coordinate
with other team members, the day-to-day tasks involved with development
/ implementing of solutions in the transportation, warehousing and
logistics domain. He must be comfortable with design and execution
responsibilities within a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Requirements
· B.E. Computer Science or equivalent must with MCA or equivalent
preferred.
· Must have 3+ years of large software development and implementation
experience.
· 1+ years of hands on experience on any of the Transportation
Management Systems - Glog / SSA / i2, preferably Glog
. Must possess skills in Oracle, and J2EE

The Technical Consultant will perform and coordinate with other team
members, the day-to-day tasks involved with development / implementing
of solutions in the transportation, warehousing and logistics domain.
This is a unique opportunity for forward-thinking, technically
proficient individuals to participate and lead portions of the
full-life cycle implementation process. The technical consultant must
be comfortable with design and execution responsibilities within a
fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Requirements
· B.E. Computer Science or equivalent must with MCA or equivalent
preferred.
· Must have 2+ years of large software development and implementation
experience.
· 2+ years of project / team leadership experience.
· Experience in projects involving supply chain execution systems will
be a plus Must possess skills in Oracle and J2EE
