Contract on W2 needed
- Role: Sr. Scrum Master (Safe Certified)
- Total Positions: 3
- LOCATION: REMOTE
· Strong scrum masters who can run multiple teams
· Safe skills required. Safe certification required.
· Domain experience is helpful in utility/Insurance space
· ADO experience is preferred
· Project management background - wants an agilist but need to be able to speak the language of a PM, most people they’re working with will come from that background. Most of their leadership will be heavy on the PM side and new to agile
· Safe certification is mandatory
· PSM or CSM not sufficient
· Worked as a PM or has a PMP - this is highly preferred. Not absolutely mandatory. But highly preferred.
· Maybe has a few years of a dev or tech analyst to help bridge the gap. If they understand coding and coding process that’s a plus. Not required.
· ADO (azure devops) is helpful but not required.
· Daily tasks that are required to have prior experience in:
· Handling 1-3 teams based on size. Should be 10-20 people total. Running standups, running backlog refinement, sprint readiness, demos, retros, managing teams and stories
· Will act as a pseudo coach to others
· Want to use out of the box safe as much as possible so helping others understand and follow it will be important
· Bridge gap between POs who have business knowledge to junior and mid-level developers who have little business knowledge
· Until PO's get the skillset with story writing the SM will do this task.
