Good day folks, I currently have a non folding cradle and the new club I am considering to join demands a folding cradle, has anyone done a conversion from solid to folding or has plans and specs for a folding cradle that they can please share?

Terry,  We had to do the same this past spring on Canatara.  We hired a young union welder between jobs and were able to use the facilities at our club to make the required modifications.  There are several ways the cradle can be made collapsing depending on the existing design. Our club is just beginning to take the cradles out of storage so I can take some photos for you. It might narrow it down if you posted a picture of the existing cradle

Terry,
The first photo is of our cradle folded flat.  The three vertical supports were cut off along with the angle brackets. And attached to a section of angle iron at the bottom. The assembly was attached to the base by a pair of hinges fashioned from nuts and bolts. Longitudinal brackets were cut off and attached by bolts. The other two photos show similar examples.   Different cradle designs will incorporate variations of the same approach. Hope this helps
