Cool John, looks great.  There are charge controllers out  there that also allow you to input wind power for cloudy days and nights.

Who was the manufacturer and are the panels just attached to the lifelines?  I would be interested in knowing more about how you set this up.

The manufacturer is I think generic Chinese, reasonable quality mind you, approved fittings and cables. I used a flexible panel to conform to the railing but also to prevent it from sticking out too far. 

The panel is fixed to the stainless rails, zip ties at the moment but soon to be fixed with UV resistant line. I had to add grommets to the panel.
