Reminder - No IMSB Meeting Tuesday, May 4

Dear Sangha,

We are not able to have our usual Tuesday night sitting next week on May 4th.  The church is getting ready for their annual rummage sale and needs the space.  A lovely idea from one of IMSB mentors is to use the time to meet with sangha friends for a sitting and perhaps a discussion of your choice.  Feel free to contact a mentor for suggestions at http://www.imsb.org/programs/beginners.php .  The mentors are very happy to be involved in assisting your practice.  Kim Allen ( and perhaps others) is available to lead a small group if requested.  They would also suggest if you have a small group discussion to post at the forum for other sangha members to be inspired.

 

Have a lovely week and please return to IMSB on May 11th for a sitting and dharma talk with Shaila Catherine.
