Hi Group

This is to bring certain things regarding positing your Hotlists and resumes in this group. We have found an abnormal increase in posting of requirements when compared to Hotlists and resumes. Earlier for every 50 mails we received 40 -42 would be Hotlists and rest would be reqs but now its for every 18 requirements we receive 1 hotlist or less which is forcing us to spend a lot of time reading the mails and wasting time so i request you to please post Only your Hotlists and resumes and STOP posting requirements to this group.

Humble request kindly remove the group id from posting list if you are a recruiter and still be a part of this group and enjoy receiving Hotlists in your Inbox

ADD the group id only if you are a bench Marketing professional.

Just think for moderating 40 odd Hotlists today we had to screen 873 mails to delete the rest as they were requirements ( 873 - 40 Hotlists = 833 reqs)

Kindly Stop posting requirements this is not a requirements group its a pure Hotlists Group.Also think otherwise if we received 873 mails and only 40 were reqs then we would have received 833 hotlists in our inbox and everyone would have benefitted, Think THINK Think.

Please dont force us to reimplement banning the members from the group who post requirements.
