After months of planning, we’re excited to announce the schedule for the IMCCC spring road season.
The
season opens in southern Utah, with the Desert City Crit on March 4th. The a 0.6 mile criterium course will be routed through downtown
Hurricane Utah, making for safe racing and easy spectating.
The season’s second stop will bring racers to
Tooele County Utah on April 8th for the
Ophir Road Race. The 68 mile course boasts 5,000’ of elevation gain, with the finish in the
ghost town of Ophir.
The season will wrap up on the weekend of
April 22nd, with Fort Lewis College hosting the
RMCCC weekend. Saturday’s racing will consist of a team time trial and a criterium, with the road race slated for Sunday.
Collegiate riders must carry a valid collegiate license and wear a collegiate jersey in order to be counted in IMCCC team and individual rankings.
