Seeking practice-oriented person for new shared-house opportunity

We are forming a new shared community in a lovely house in Rockridge (Alcatraz/College area), and we still have an opening for one more person who would enjoy a friendly, responsible, communicative environment, mixed genders/ages, in an attractive house with ample common areas, and possibly some shared meals. We want to create a setting supportive of meditation practice and other positive, mindful choices. We expect to move in about September 1.

We are now two mature people (woman and man, not a couple), with generally moderate lifestyles and progressive interests. Beyond this, we'd like to leave the description open, to be cooperatively determined. We envision having a congenial consensus process for group decisions. Individual rent $875 plus utility share.
