I still have spaces available in my next 8-week class in mindfulness-based stress reduction beginning in Berkeley on July 26. MBSR is a wonderful way of integrating
mindfulness into daily life. Students will learn tools for reducing stress and
promoting healing and well-being. The 8-week class is a good fit for people who have little or no prior experience in meditation but who need to learn better ways of managing their stress.
The class takes place Monday nights at the Acupressure Institute at 1533 Shattuck Avenue, Berkeley. A Free Introductory class on MBSR will
take place on July 12, 7-9PM.
