The street is mostly quiet, used by walkers, many with dogs and families with children. The yard is gated. There is easy parking at the curb.
The property is close to downtown Pinole, Hercules, El Sobrante, Highway 80 and Hwy 4. It is located one block from local bus J to and from El Norte BART.
The PG&E and water bill is shared. A security Deposit is required.
