Senior Resource Fair, EC, this Friday!

To older meditators and allies:
El Cerrito is again having a Senior Resource Fair, this Friday, October 25, from 10-1, at its Community Center, 7007 Moeser Lane, EC, 94530. Free!
Getting there: It's on the north side of Moeser, about 1/2 mile east/towards the hills from San Pablo Ave. Only the parking lot is visible from the street, not the building. I think there's a small sign that says El Cerrito Community Center, but it's easy to miss. More visible is that Ashbury Street ends (or begins) opposite the driveway on the south side of Moeser.
I'm one of the resources and will be offering mini samples of Ortho-Bionomy®, 3-5 min. each. Also free. As many of you know, 3-5 minutes can indeed soften tensions and increase ease.
Many other resources, including how to find MediCare info and counseling during this critical "change your policy" season, ride services, housing places, other insurances, numerous other good things to know about, as well as classes/groups sponsored by the Rec Department, especially for us older people.
I hope you can come by yourself or with a friend and say Hi! and even pick up some good information to support you now and/or down the line.
