Housing sought by mid June

Hello all, during this post-eclipse energy field,

I'm helping out a woman with some details needed among too many as she steps into a new chapter of her life. She's someone I appreciate and respect. and she happens to be a progressive rabbi.

She's seeking a new place to live, a long-term rental, by the middle of June at the latest.

• An unfurnished one-bedroom apartment, cottage, additional dwelling unit, or flat
• With a maximum rent of $2,200/month
• Given these constraints, located as close as possible to Cedar and Sacramento Streets, Berkeley, i.e. near N. Berkeley BART (one can dream, yes?)
