Welcome to the group!
For what I know the only code available to simulate the 802.15.3 is
the NS2 extension developed by Mustafa Dehran.
Here they talk about that:

but the link does not work. You can put his name in google and contact
him directly.

On the other end I work for NIST developing a model of IEEE 802.15.3
in OPNET. A good amount of features are implemented but the model is
not completed yet.
