In my LA we tend to do all the training so that there is (hopefully) a
joined up approach to use of ICT focused on raising standards. How
does your LA approach training and who decides the strategy? Is it
closely linked to the strategies and how soon will tihsrefelct the
recent changes for literacy and numeracy frameworks?
