Summer Meet Up!
Date: June 27, 2009
Time: 1pm-4pm
Location: Bushnell Park
I hope that two weeks notice gives everyone enough time to take off
work, and create some free time to work on this coalition!
Goals of Summer Meet Up:
To identify individuals interested in the coalition
To establish ideal organizational structure of ICPC (Leadership?
Executive board? Voting? Volunteer based?)
To decide where and when the next summit meeting should be held
To establish mission statement/ICPC goals
If transportation is an issue, please contact Nicolette as soon as
possible. Anyone who plans on attending and can provide a ride to
someone on their way should also contact Nicolette to figure out
carpooling arrangements!

Hey Niki,
Just a heads up, June 27th is pride weekend in NY...the big parade and festival. I'm not too sure many peopel will be in CT.
