Just wanted to make people aware of the SoyaToo line of whipped cream
products. http://www.soyatoo.com/
They are made in Germany. They have a soy based whipped cream that I
have fooled friends with.
Ingredients:
* soy drink (water, soybeans)
* coconut fat*
* palm butter*
* sugar beet syrup*
* corn maltodextrin
* tartaric acid
* thickener: carrageenan
* sea salt
* natural vanilla extract
* nitrous oxide
The rice based whipped cream is new and I haven't tried it but here
are the ingredients:
* Rice drink (water, rice syrup, rice starch, rice flour)
* coconut fat*
* maltodextrin from rice
* acidity regulator: tartaric acid
* thickener: seaweed extracts & gum arabic
* sea salt
* propellant: nitrous oxide
NO Sugar! No Soy! No Egg! This will work for almost anyone.
Next meeting is March 1st. Last meeting featured Montana Gluten Free
