121 Gluten-Free Recipes for a Healthier You. Ms. Gauen will be
preparing two gluten-free recipes from her new cookbook. Soft gluten-
free yeast bread, and one other baked good are on the menu! Her book
also gives options to prepare the recipes free of dairy, eggs, corn,
soy, nuts, food-dyes, and shell fish. She will also talk about how to
make the baking mix recipes in her book, and answer questions about
