EWIC VOIDING TENDER

Hello everyone,

We are rolling out EWIC to a customer in Kansas. We have everything setup and can tender sales without any issues. 
Where we have a problem is voiding an EWIC tender. When we perform the void / EPS, we are sending data out and receiving data back but 
B311 NOT AUTHORIZED is shown. I have all parties involved looking at this but they all still say this is on our end. 

Anyone else see this and have an idea what to look for?

Yes, we have updated to .270 with the same result.

 Then turn it in to Toshiba.
Sounds like a bug.

I just finished rolling out eWic for Guam and I was getting the same error. Please check to make sure the Card Plan, under value cards has a valid defined Host ID. Also make sure that WIC transactions under option has the agency and online properly defined
