Craig,

 

I didn't have Susan's email so I was hoping you could forward this to her.  I changed the cost so that it just is the flat amount (i.e. not including expenses).  I believe that this should cover all the concerns that she had about the document.  If not please let me know and we'll go forward from here.  I believe that there are three places for you to sign; and after you return it to the IBC office I will sign and send you a copy.  Thanks so much and I hope that you are having a great weekend so far.
