optionals for 2011 CSE examination

Hi guys,
I have Completed M.Tech in Structural Engineering so my first optional
will be civil engineering of course. I am struggling to decide my
second optional, after a long discussion with the subject matter i
have come to conclusion that i will be taking the second optional as
Public Administration.
so my optionals being 1. Civil Engineering and 2. Public
Administration. please do leave your opinions on the selection of the
subjects.
please do give the sucess rate of these electives.

hello this is simman.............. straightly i am come to the point............ my first optional is public administration.......... this is fully based on management........... related to managing the public in the society so think twice take before anything....... anyway all the best

i opted for pub ad in my first attempt... i found it very difficult... because it was against my interest... so, choose the optional of your interest... dont waste your time and attempt like me...good luck

i am very much intrested in taking the public administration.
interest is there no matter what it is.
my worry is that my first optional being the civil engineering,
what is the sucess rate with these two subjects as optionals.
and even i heard that the civil engineering is one of the tough subjects to take as electives.

i dont know regarding civil eng... pub ad has great success results... when you have interest you will come out with flying colours... go ahead.. remember one thing that what ever may be the optional there is NO FREE LUNCH......
