French programme Techno-vision

For your information, here in France the department of Research and the

Defense department have jointly launched a programmed called
Techno-vision for
doing benchmarking and datasets on various image analysis problems. You

can find at the following address the list of the accepted and funded
projects with pointers to their webpages

Although this is a French program, several projects (including the one
for which our team is leader, Epeires) have added international
(non-funded) partners to their project teams and it is planned to have
some kind of international workshop some time on the results of these
projects.

I gove this information so that members of TC5 can keep an open eye
also on these projects. I assume that there are similar projects in
other countries and would appreciate getting information on them...
