Dear Dr. Lucas,

I was checking the web page for IAPR TC5 and saw the list of old
performance evaluation contests. We have also organized an Algorithm
Performance Contest for ICPR 2000 with tasks on binary shape
recognition, multivariate data classification, symbol recognition,
image flow, and vehicle detection. I thought some of these topics may
still be of interest to the IAPR community.
