Thanks for sharing. I tutor a group of Chinese kids on the weekend. I will go through the websites recommended by you for some ideas.
I taught in a Chinese school and had 30-40 students in one class. It was hard but I used lot of games and activities. It helped a lot. I remember using some activities from bogglesworld.com for middle school students. There is a cool website for printing flashcards www.mes-english.com and www.genkienglish.net/games.htm for elementary students.
I will ask other TCNJ students who work with me in the same school about 'say what' game. I don't know about it.
