Proofreading update

Just a quick note to say the page proofs arrived a bit late, so I'm cracking on with the checks in an attempt to recover lost time.

The main job involves manually checking all the links and fine-tuning the layout to make the hyperglossary easier to read and use.

It will look roughly like this:

Don't worry: there will be a few teensy little errors and omissions for you to find and berate me about, later.

Here's the cover design ... plain and simple, illustrating the mesh of linkages ...

Hopefully if I complete the proofreading this week, it will be ready to release on December 16th as planned.
