Question about arranging articles in strlit

Hello
I'm trying to rearrange the enwik9 articles in the same order that Artemiy Margaritov used in starlit
But I found some IDs mentioned in the new_article_order.txt file that do not match any of the article IDs found in enwik9
Example: 56131, 56132, 56137, 56138, 56146
Have some articles been deleted recently or is there another reason?
