  1. Read the detailed rules.
  2. Before you submit  anything for judging:
    1. compress enwik9
    2. save a copy of the compressed enwik9
    3. decompress the compressed enwik9
    4. verify the decompressed enwik9 is identical to the original enwik9.
  3. Then and only then, send the judges a download URL for the copy of the compressed enwik9 that you have successfully decompressed.
