The Canterbury Linux User Group is having a computing event down at the Southern Learning Center on Saturday
between 10:00AM and 4:00PM. It's intended to raise awarenes on the massive ethical divide between proprietary
software and community developed software (FireFox, The Gimp, Open Office, Apache, Linux etcetera).
I'll be going down with some family and I was wondering if some of you may also be interested. Even if you are
not a computing type it is a opportunity to meet people who are passionate about practical creativity of all kinds.
